Tzatziki can be many things. On it’s own, it is a healthy, flavorful dip for cucumbers, veggies and pita bread. It is very versatile and makes a great condiment or sauce. It is also creamy and delicious. The cucumber and lemon juice make it refreshing and the dill adds a brightness.
It is a great topping for the Chicken Spinach Feta Burger.
Healthy, flavorful and low calorie, I think it is great to have a batch of Tzatziki in the fridge to eat all week!
You can make Mezze Dips and include it or make it part of a Mezze Platter.
