Tzatziki can be many things. On it’s own, it is a healthy, flavorful dip for cucumbers, veggies and pita bread. It is very versatile and I have been using it as a dressing in my Tzatziki Chicken Salad recipe. It also makes a great condiment or sauce. I like to use it as a topping for my Chicken Spinach Feta Burger.
Healthy, flavorful and low calorie, I think it is great to have a batch of Tzatziki in the fridge to eat all week!
