Every year in December I create a Holiday Cookie Tray. I bake several kinds of cookies and combine some very basic cookie favorites with some decorative cookies. It may seem like a pretty big task to take on but once you have baked all the cookies you can use them in so many ways. It is great to have something ready made to bring to a party or luncheon and cookies can be packaged and given as gifts.
